How do I check the status of my Pearl order?

When you place an order for any of our products, we'll send you an order confirmation email.

Once we ship your product, you’ll receive another email with the FedEx tracking number for your shipment. You can use the tracking number to monitor the shipment of your order.

If you didn't receive an order confirmation email, please contact us. (Be sure to check your spam folder first… just in case.)
