The Phone Plates are meant to stay firmly secured to your phone, and uses the same adhesive backing as the Dash Mount. Should you need to remove either:
- Plastic “spudger” tools (like this one) work well to help pry the Phone Plate off your phone.
- Alternately, use dental floss or fishing line between the plate and the phone (or under the Dash Mount) to aid in removal. Just like flossing your teeth, you’ll perform a back-and-forth motion to guide the floss or fishing line between the plate and the back of your phone (or under the Dash Mount), effectively cutting through the adhesive backing.
- If needed, use a microfiber cloth and your favorite adhesive remover or citrus cleaner to remove any residue from the back of your phone (or from your dash).
