How do I access Pearl RearVision if I lose my phone?

With RearVision, your phone, Camera Frame, and Car Adapter are all uniquely and securely paired. This means that one component cannot work without the others.

If you lose your phone, or have replaced it with a new one (but didn't transfer or backup content from your previous phone), simply re-install the Pearl App on your new phone, then log in to your Pearl account. Just select Setup an existing RearVision once logged in, and follow the steps presented within the app.
